Pat Anderson
Pat Anderson
Hi! Thank you for visiting my bio page. My name is Pat Anderson and my husband & I have 5 children, ranging in ages from 20 down to 7. My life-long ambition since I was a little girl was to be a wife and a mom. I have enjoyed having that dream come true for me for the past 25 years and it's as great a life as I imagined in my "little girl" mind so many years ago.

My greatest desire as a Mom is to have raised my kids to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ and then to follow their passions & desires that were placed inside each of them. As they travel through life, I pray that they will remember fondly their growing up experience. We try to create a sanctuary of love and fun, forgiveness and acceptance in our home. I love finding ways of injecting special moments into our children's lives, in the hopes of them remembering their childhood as a happy one. I am honored to be a Guest Expert here at Creating Great Homes and my purpose is to inspire you to find new and exciting ways to create great memories with your families. I'd love for you to share your ideas and stories with me over on the discussion boards. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Stolen Moments
Pat Anderson
My husband and I attended a Christmas banquet a few years ago and the entertainer was singing the song, "Stolen Moments" by Jim Witter. The song made me cry and made me want to get home to my kids as soon as possible. The song talks about how quickly our children grow up and how all we have is the moments right now. In order to capture these moments we have to steal them from the busy lives we lead and infuse those moments with memories to enjoy for years to come.< . . . keep reading
